Once upon a time,
Mars met Venus
They fell in love
a love so pure and simple
a love so beautiful and selfless
The wise once said
Time heals all wounds
if i shall add
Can a love that was once so true, so pure change over time?
Can a love that was once so dedicated, so passionate change over time?
Once upon a time, when in love,
time stops ticking,
world stops evolving,
in our own world were we,
so in love were we,
nothing else matters,
holding her hand, nothing else matters
kissing her lips, no one else matters
looking into her eyes, i see my future,
i see my life, my home, my everything
But is it true? that time is two-faced? Time can heal all wounds, but nevertheless, time can make new ones.
Faced with a broken bridge, can love prevail and mend a broken heart?
